Veggie Dip with Basil & Oregano Essential Oil

1 clove garlic, peeled finely minced 2 green onions or 1/2 small onion, finely minced 2 baby carrots, minced 1/2 red bell pepper, minced 1 cup sour cream (regular or light) 1 cup mayonnaise (regular or light) 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash salt Freshly ground black pepper 1/2 drop ingestible oregano oil (use a toothpick dipped into the essential oil then stir into the dip) or more to taste- this is super strong so be careful only do a tiny bit at a time. 1/2 drop ingestible basil oil (use a toothpick dipped into the essential oil then stir into the dip) or more to taste

Fresh basil for garnish. Mix all ingredients. Chill before serving.
