Raw Energy Bites!

Raw Energy Bites!  Easy and delicious! 1 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/3 cup raw, local honey

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/2 cup carob chips or dark chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla

(You could substitute dried cranberries or raisins for the chocolate chips.  You could also add coconut flakes.  And, you could do a pinch of cinnamon, too.  In other words, get creative! )

Mix everything in a medium bowl.  Chill for 30 minutes.  Roll into balls.  Enjoy!  Store in fridge for up to 1 week.
