- Brussels sprouts
- Extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
- Sea salt
- Lemon juice
Wash Brussels sprouts. Trim ends off and cut in half. Heat skillet over medium heat with oil. Add Brussels sprouts and sauté until desired texture. Sprinkle with salt to taste and fresh lemon juice. Serve hot. These are also great as cold leftovers right out of the fridge!
