This is exactly where my holistic health journey began!  A simple green smoothie.  ADD IN this goodness to your daily nutrition and watch your energy skyrocket, your skin glow, your mood improve, and joy abound! :)

Here's how you make it:

  • Handful spinach
  • Handful kale
  • Ripe banana
  • Handful frozen pineapple
  • Cup water (or plant-based milk)
  • Ice (optional)

Blend and enjoy!!  (You can add cinnamon, flax, chia, almond butter, ginger, or ingestible-grade essential oils for added fun!)
